Shushan (Chaerophyllum, or cow parsley)

Shushan is a genus of flowering plant. Fragrant long and rounded tubers which resemble small carrot or turnip with yellowish-white pulp are used like vegetables – for mashed potatoes, garnish and baked pudding.
